    Intriguing Question: Should Staff Get Fired For Having Sex In The Office?

    The Nation Media Group, a TV station in Uganda, has relieved two members of its staff of their duties after they were caught on camera having sex in the office.

    Kevin Kaija served as a producer for the Seeds of Gold program broadcast on NTV while Ann Nakawombe, was a presenter for on NTV Login.

    Photographs of the two were leaked to the company’s management which led to their being fired.
    A statement by NTV Uganda said: “Anne has been the presenter of Login while Kevin worked on the Seeds of Gold program as a producer. These employees were found to be in breach of the NTV Employee Code of Conduct as stipulated in their terms of employment.”

    The statement continued, “At NTV, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of values and integrity in the work place to ensure that we are a trusted and credible source of information and entertainment. We do not condone unethical or questionable moral character.”
